Thailand Corporate Compliance & Company Administration
Thai private limited companies generally do not require a statutory company secretary or resident director. Instead, ATA supports companies with the corporate resolutions, statutory changes and DBD registrations required throughout the company’s life.
A Thai-resident or Thai-national director is not generally mandatory for an ordinary Thai private limited company. Certain regulated activities, licences or specific company structures may impose additional requirements.
