ATA Compliance
One Bookkeeping System. Local Compliance Built In.
ATA Compliance transforms accounting data from ATA Bookkeeping into the statutory reports, accounting outputs and supporting documents required locally in Thailand and Vietnam. Instead of maintaining ATA records and then entering the same transactions again into separate local accounting software, ATA Compliance produces the required country-specific outputs directly from the ATA Platform.
Why We Built It
Why Enter the Same Accounting Information Twice?
Companies operating in Asia often need one system for operational accounting and another local accounting application purely to produce statutory reports and country-specific filings. ATA Compliance is designed to remove that duplication.
Current Process
- ATA / ERP / accounting records
- Manual re-entry
- Local accounting software
- Reconcile both systems
- Statutory reports
ATA Platform
- ATA Bookkeeping
- ATA Compliance
- Country-specific statutory outputs
One accounting record. One controlled dataset. Local compliance outputs generated from the same information.
Book Once. Comply Locally.
ATA Bookkeeping maintains the accounting transactions and supporting information. ATA Compliance applies the local accounting and statutory rules required for the selected country and generates the relevant reports — with no need for a second bookkeeping system solely for statutory reporting.
Book once. Apply local rules. Generate local compliance.
Country Compliance Engine
One Platform Does Not Mean One Accounting Rulebook
ATA Compliance is being developed first for Thailand and Vietnam. The underlying ATA Platform stays the same, while the reporting logic, statutory formats and accounting treatment are configured for each jurisdiction.
Common data structure. Country-specific compliance.
Thailand
Replace the Separate Local Accounting Software Layer
In Thailand, ATA currently uses local accounting software such as Express to produce the statutory accounting reports and supporting schedules required for local compliance. ATA Compliance Thailand is designed to generate those outputs directly from ATA Bookkeeping, removing the need to maintain the same accounting records again in a separate local system.

Local Accounting Treatment
Financial Results Adjusted for Thai Requirements
A management accounting result cannot always be used directly as the final local statutory or tax result. Thailand-specific rules — including depreciation treatment and other local adjustments — may change the result used for statutory or tax purposes.
The original accounting data remains unchanged — local compliance adjustments are controlled and traceable. No duplicate bookkeeping. No parallel ledger.
Vietnam
Local Compliance Without a Parallel Accounting System
ATA's Vietnam accounting operations also currently rely on local software to produce Vietnam-specific accounting and statutory outputs. ATA Compliance Vietnam applies the same principle as Thailand: transactions are recorded once in ATA Bookkeeping, and the Vietnam module generates the required local accounting and compliance outputs.

Connected to the Rest of ATA Platform
ATA Invoices
Customer, invoice, tax and payment information flows through bookkeeping into compliance reporting without being recreated.
ATA Payroll
Finalized payroll — salary, employer costs, withholding and statutory contributions — flows through bookkeeping into compliance. Approved external payroll can be imported the same controlled way.
ATA Finance
ATA Finance tells management what the numbers mean. ATA Compliance turns the same accounting data into the outputs required locally.
