ATA Platform
One Partner. One Platform. Multiple Business Services.
ATA Platform was built from a real operational need. As ATA Services Group expanded across multiple countries, we faced the same challenges our clients face — different payroll rules, accounting requirements, employee records, invoices, documents and workflows spread across separate systems. We looked for one solution that could connect these operations across markets. We could not find one that matched the way our business and our clients actually work — so we decided to build our own.

Why We Built It
Built From Our Own Regional Experience
ATA Services Group operates across multiple Asian markets, with clients, employees, payroll, accounting, invoices, documents and compliance requirements managed across different countries. As the Group expanded, we experienced the same operational problems our clients were facing:
Different Payroll Rules
Different payroll rules in each country.
Different Tax Requirements
Different tax and accounting requirements.
Fragmented Employee Data
Employee data stored across separate systems.
Duplicated Client Information
Client and supplier information duplicated between teams.
Quotations and Invoices Disconnected
Quotations and invoices disconnected from accounting.
Documents by Email & Spreadsheet
Documents exchanged through email and spreadsheets.
Late Financial Information
Financial information arriving late from multiple systems.
Limited Visibility
Limited visibility across entities and countries.
The more countries involved, the harder it became to maintain one clear view of the business.
We did not want another isolated application. We needed one environment connecting people, clients, finance and compliance across markets.
The Gap in the Market
Why Existing Systems Did Not Fully Solve the Problem
Built for One Country
Many payroll and accounting systems work well locally, but become difficult to manage when the same company operates across several jurisdictions.
Separate Systems
Payroll, invoicing, bookkeeping, client records and documents are often managed in completely separate applications.
Duplicate Data Entry
The same employee, client, supplier and financial information is repeatedly entered into different systems.
Software Without Local Expertise
Software can process data, but it does not replace the local payroll, accounting, tax and compliance knowledge required in each market.
Limited Group Visibility
Management may receive reports from each country, but not one consistent view of the Group.
ATA Platform was designed to solve these gaps around the way regional businesses actually operate.
Who It Is For
Built for Both Multinational Groups and Growing Regional Companies
ATA Platform is useful for both large multinational groups and medium-sized regional companies — for different reasons.
Large Groups With an Existing ERP
- Already operate a sophisticated ERP — SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or another enterprise platform
- Local payroll
- Local bookkeeping
- Country-specific compliance
- Local invoicing where required
- HR administration
- Local accounting support
- Local statutory data
- Professional services
- Data export back into the Group ERP
Growing Regional Companies Without a Group-Wide ERP
- Often do not operate one expensive global ERP
- One platform
- Shared client and supplier records
- Payroll
- Invoicing
- Bookkeeping
- ATA Finance
- ATA Compliance
- Multi-country visibility
- Professional support
The ATA Platform
Single Access Environment for Connected ATA Applications and Services
The Business Problems Each Module Solves
From Regional Complexity to One Connected Environment
People
Different payroll rules, fragmented employee records, inconsistent leave/expense approvals and limited consolidated reporting. Solved by ATA Payroll.
Clients & Revenue
Duplicated client information, disconnected quotations and invoices, and no visibility into payment status. Solved by ATA Clients + ATA Invoices.
Finance
Bookkeeping disconnected from invoicing, late financial data, and difficult consolidation across entities. Solved by ATA Bookkeeping + ATA Finance.
Compliance
Country-specific statutory requirements, different reporting formats, and repeated manual preparation for local filings. Solved by ATA Compliance.
Multi-Country Operations
Built for Companies Operating Across Multiple Countries
More and more ATA clients are expanding into several markets at the same time. A company may have employees in Thailand, accounting in Malaysia, an entity in Vietnam and management reporting at Group level. Each country has different rules, but management still needs one consistent operating environment.
Thailand
Local payroll / tax / accounting rules.
Malaysia
Local payroll / tax / accounting rules.
Vietnam
Local payroll / tax / accounting rules.
Singapore / Indonesia / Hong Kong
Local requirements.
Local rules. One operating environment. Group-level visibility.
One Consistent Operating Environment
Payroll
One Payroll Experience Across Countries
Payroll is one of the clearest examples of why ATA needed its own technology. Each country has different salary rules, statutory contributions, tax filings, leave requirements and reporting formats. But clients operating across several countries still want one way to manage employees and one consistent experience for management.
Different local rules. One payroll experience for management and employees.
From Invoice to Financial Visibility
Create the Customer Once. Use the Same Information Throughout.
Many companies issue quotations and invoices in one system, manage payments in spreadsheets, send documents separately to accountants, and receive financial reports only later. ATA wanted the commercial and accounting information to remain connected from the beginning.
Create the customer once. Prepare the quotation. Convert it to an invoice. Track payment. Use the same information for bookkeeping, financial reporting and local compliance — without re-entering the same data.
ATA Finance & ATA Compliance
From Local Transactions to Group Financial Visibility
ATA Bookkeeping is the transaction and bookkeeping layer. ATA Finance is the management reporting, consolidation and visibility layer built on top of it — the two are not overlapping products.
ATA Finance
- Company-level financial reporting
- Consolidated Group reporting
- Cash-flow visibility
- Budget vs actual analysis
- Entity comparison
- Management dashboards
- Multi-country financial visibility
ATA Compliance
- Payroll statutory reports
- Employee tax documents
- Accounting and tax outputs
- Country-specific reporting formats
- Statutory filing support
- Compliance-ready data packages
ERP Integration
Works With Your ERP — Not Against It
ATA does not need to replace your Group ERP. ATA can operate as the local execution and compliance layer, with relevant data converted and exported into formats suitable for the client's enterprise environment.
ATA does not need to replace your Group ERP.

Software + Professional Services
Technology Alone Was Never the Objective
ATA Platform was not built to replace accountants, payroll specialists, legal professionals or compliance teams. It was built to connect them.
Built Around Real ATA Operations
ATA Platform is not only a product for clients. It is being developed around the same operational challenges ATA Services Group manages every day across its own companies and client operations. This allows us to develop functionality from real operational feedback rather than theoretical use cases.
